This is my little space for some sewing projects I've got going and will have in the future. It's been a while since I've gotten back to the sewing machien, so some of this is just going over some of my sadly misused basics and design tactics.
This is first and foremost a practical space. I put in all my horendous shortcuts, moments of fabric weakness and confessions of machiene forgetfullness. Constructive criticism is welcome. My designs suck, so don't be afraid to go with the crowd and say so. The part where I plan this stuff out hasn't actually happened ever in any of my projects, so preplanning tips are always of interest. Most of the work I've been putting in here is litterally bargain basemet- lets- see- if- this'll- work. The marriage between fabric and taste is rocky at best and coming apart at the seams in the event my alterations don't work.
This is a retrospective most of the time, since I barely afford to pay attention. I'll post pictures when I have acess to a digital camera. For now though, you'll just have to trust me.
